So here's an issue with social networks in general. My digg newsfeed said it was a feed of my personal history. I.e., items that I dugg. But it recently started including things that I did not digg. And since I had it public, they were showing up here on my profile. So I deleted it (which I consider a success of the software).

The issue, if it's not clear, is that sometimes social networks say they're giving you one thing, then they switch it for something else. It's not an intrinsic problem, but it is a common one. In this case, it was due to hubris. Digg is very proud of its latest accomplishments.
